Half Staff
Idaho Governor Butch Otter has ordered flags at state buildings and facilities be flown at half-staff on Thursday, April 17, 2008.
Army Sergeant Michael Lilly 23, of Boise, Idaho was killed in action in Sadr City outside Baghdad, Iraq April 7, 2008. Sergeant Lilly will be laid to rest at the Idaho Veterans Cemetery following a 1:00 P.M. funeral service at St. Mark’s Catholic Church in Boise.
