HAFF-STAFF Notification>
IDAHO HALF STAFF Aug 2nd
Governor C.L. “Butch” Otter has ordered flags at the State Capitol Building and other state buildings and facilities to be flown at half-staff on Sunday, August 2, 2009 in honor of Spc. Randy L.J. Neff Jr. Neff, 24, of Blackfoot, who died in Zabul Province Afghanistan on July 22, 2009. Services will be held at the Soldiers Chapel in Fort Carson, Colorado at 3 P.M.
